- Maintains the kitchen and lab cleanliness

- Organizing advertising and taking pictures during events

- Takes care of games and distributes them at game nights
- Hall Council Rep
- Attends hall council meetings whether as a member or as an attendee
- Up to 4 positions
- Alan will come up with a list of current and past appointed positions and will maintain them
- Liquidation of extraneous assets
- Frank will compile a list of extraneous/old donations for possible sale
- He will run this by Alan to look through before any actual sales occur
- Card Reader Issues
- It’s currently being worked on
- Frank and Nate might just drag people away to test
- Board Meetings should be good at 9pm on Mondays
- Alan will send out an email asking people for codenames
- Potluck dinner on Friday at 6pm
- Tech Seminars will be from 2-3pm on the listed Saturdays
