Board Meeting Minutes – September 21, 2015
- Kate will be finding out information on drive bays to buy two new ones
- 50 dollars have been allocated
- We will attempt to sell the X-Serves
- 40 has been allocated for the filters
- For the mural painting, we need to make sure we know what we need from facilities as well as dates it will be happening and who will be painting
- We will need tarp, painting tape, and paint that’s the color of the core
- Also trays and rollers
- We also need to send Anika the final design
- Kate will edit the image as well as the shirt one
- Anika will be at the next floor meeting
- We should be checking on who will be living on floor next semester
- Alan needs to make a Google Sheets with the events for Anika
- Sara’s Upcoming Events Email
- Game Night – 8pm
- Tech Seminar – 2pm
- Shirts will be ordered once there’s a design
- Caitlin wants LPTees – a local place where you pay 20 dollars initially and then 7 per shirt
- Alex has also suggested the group that did the SIMCON shirts
- Halloween Game Night update from AIF
- They are up for it
- Their showings are at 6:30pm and they want to know if we want to cosponsor this too
- AIF/MIF Meeting for AIF/CIF/MIF Event
- Alex will be going to attend this meeting as our liaison
- Mark has suggested a Fallout event for the release of the new game
- Caitlin will talk to Chaewon about getting the Quest Board back
- Also we will be getting a quote board soon
- Alex has suggested adding an Alumni Relations person
- The suggestion has also been made of giving either King of Games or Paparazzi the responsibility
