Board Meeting Minutes – October 5, 2015

• Alumni idea
  • Alumni want to be notified for events such as Game Night
  • Sara will send them an email asking if they want to be added to the events mailing list
• Board members will read through the current online version of the Constitution to make sure it’s all accurate
• Chess Club cosponsored event
  • We’ll have our Game Night – if they’re interested in cosponsoring then they’ll need to send us information about what they’d do
  • This would be the November game night
• CIF/AIF Game Night
  • Halloween Game Night
  • Caitlin will try and get in contact with AIF to divvy up duties as well as see how it’ll be going
• Print Toner
  • We still have some backlogged
  • Kate will find information on how much we’ve labelled
• CIFnic
  • On October 31 starting from 2pm
  • Frank and Caitlin will go get the food
  • $50 has been allocated
• Upcoming Events
  • Apple Picking this Sunday at 11am
    • We need drivers!
  • CIF Plays – 10/18 and 10/25 to play Until Dawn from 4pm to 9pm
  • Tech Seminar this Saturday at 2pm in Hylan
  • Floor Meeting on Sunday
• T-shirts
  • Let’s try and get the order in by the 12^th
  • We’re going to add in the year to the design
  • Sara will email the alumni to give them the option to buy t-shirts
  • Kate will finish touching up the t-shirt design
• Kate finished the Mural design – we’ll show it off at the next floor meeting
• Frank and Alan and whoever else wants to will pick up ECE stuff on Friday
  • 2pm, meet in the core with Frank to head over to Alan’s lab
  • Everyone who helps will get a point
