Board Meeting Minutes – January 26, 2015

• Quest Cards and Zero-Point Quests are printed!
• Safespace Training
  • Ask the rest of floor if they want to do this
  • Sara will send an email out about it
• Printer and Toner Stuff
  • Alan needs to come up with an exact price for how much we spent on this last semester
  • Assume we’re going to be purchasing 3
• Special Interest Housing Fair
  • On February 2 and 5 (Monday and Thursday respectively)
  • From 6-8 in Sue B. both days
  • Sara will send out a Doodle poll about it
• Student Council Meeting
  • Caitlin and Sara will schedule the meeting for Friday at 6 and then Frank will probably go
  • Board will send Caitlin ideas for changes or complaints for SA that can help CIF
• Anika will meet with the Head of ITS to see what we can do in the lab
  • We CAN mount a TV but they need to fill in the hole in the wall first
• Other things that need to be done for Anika
  • Alan needs to complete the spreadsheet thing for Anika
  • Alan also needs to get the MIF-CIF event sheet scanned and send it to Caitlin
  • Frank needs to look into calendars and such to put on the lab wall
• Alan will set up his TV in the lounge for the Gamecube and PS2
  • Or if the rest of the suite wants, we can set up the CRT TV from the lab
• Unix Seminar Advertisement
  • Sara will put it in the Weekend Highlights
  • Also a quest will be put up to make posters for the Unix Seminars
• Also Game Night posters are a thing that I think have been created? Just need to be printed.
