Board Meeting Minutes – March 30, 2015

• Paul’s Interview
  • Denied Membership
• Caitlin will contact Daniel about housing
• How to contact help@cif when lab isn’t working
  • Put up posters about it in the lab
  • Nate will design a poster to put up
• Membership Interview Policies
  • New question: ‘What can you do for us?’ rather than the postering question
  • Continue with the associate membership thing
• Caitlin will email JC Hall Council about the funding thing again
• We need to purchase toner for both printers
  • Two for each printer will be ordered
• Kitchenware Problem
  • We will be written up for dirty dishes
  • Anything else can be implemented over the summer
• Jackson Court Block Party
  • April 17^th from 3-5pm – Video Game Station
  • We can also help setup – starting at 3pm
  • Anika needs a list of volunteers for this
• Family Science Day with STEM Initiative
  • Saturday April 18^th from 1-4pm
  • ‘The Beeps and the Boops’
  • Sara’s sending out an email with more info
  • Frank will send an email to his boss about getting the needed programs on the computers
