  • Could add a ‘match the responsibility to the position’ section
• Elections two weeks after nominations (Nov 17)
• Juliane is going to bring up reserving kitchens for CIFgiving for us soon
• No news from alumni about CIFgiving yet
• Want to have CIFgiving food sign-up sheet ready by next weekend
  • We will be probably providing plates/cups/utensils
• Ian has made a very nice game-tracking Google sheet
• CIF website issue is IT’s issue (Jack); we got the wrong certificate
• Secret Santa planning soon
  • Could ask about it in the next-next floor meeting (Nov 17?)
  • Start getting signups around that time
  • Event itself could happen Dec 8? (last week of classes)

  • Could do White Elephant instead
• Should announce CIFx talks at floor meetings so people remember that it’s occurring (Isabel)
• Suggestion: make board agenda publicly viewable
• Josh has proposed a new constitution to propose and vote on at the same meeting
  • Could have additional floor meeting Nov 24 (right before Thanksgiving break) (Tommy)
  • Could have open ballot with the suggestion box and an envelope collecting names to prevent double voting (Jason)
  • Could have the suggestion box be carried around by one person to ensure there are no counterfeit votes (Josh)
  • Proposal could be at nominations meeting and then voting at the next week’s game night (Sat Nov 9) so it doesn’t overlap with elections; final call for voting at next floor meeting (elections) and final count
