• Past Events
  • Night to Code on Wednesday
    • Not much happened there
    • Attendance was pretty low, which was unsurprising given the lack of lab and the general nature of them
  • Game Night
    • Attendance was good
    • Game night ran until midnight
  • URSGA Game Night
    • Their president will be bringing it up at their board meeting
    • Ryan will inform us of any updates
• Flyers for the Tech Seminar and the Game Night
  • Casey will handle these
• Upcoming Tech Seminar
  • This will be a review of CS171 and CS172 in preparation for finals week
  • We will be reaching out to others to see who else will be able to assist there
• Don’t Freeze Together
  • Ryan and Casey will be reaching out to the SIHs to join us for this
• Reading Week
  • We will not be hosting any events over reading week, though should anyone want to do an event on floor, board will be assisting with the planning for that
• CIFsgiving Sign-Up Sheets
  • Josh created a sign-up sheet for those who will be cooking for the CIFsgiving event
  • We will be bringing up at the floor meeting about a sign-up sheet to determine when people are cooking and plan accordingly
  • We will be bringing up at the floor meeting the need for the suites to be cleaned up in preparation for CIFsgiving
  • Turkey
    • Craig will be cooking the turkey for CIFsgiving
  • Vehicles
    • We will be bringing up at the floor meeting organizing who will be able to drive people to Wegmans to pick up supplies for the dinner

• Election Nominations
  • We will be bringing up nominations for the upcoming board elections at the floor meeting
  • The nomination period will be three weeks
