On the 3rd floor of Anderson Tower lives a unique group of people. We are the Computer Interest Floor, a special interest housing group at the University of Rochester. Although our founding interest may be computers, floor interests and activities are as diverse and numerous as the people on CIF. With a history dating back to 1983, CIF has seen many special interest groups come and go, yet our future is bright because of our involved membership and dedication to the university community.

CIF is 30! We’ve been working with computers and helping the University community since 1983, which is an incredibly long time in terms of technology. We’ve also given our website a new look and will be rolling out improvements to our services as the year goes on.

Our first game night of the year was also a huge success. A big thanks to everyone who turned out to have some fun! We hope to see you again!
