  • CIFsgiving
    • This will be an opt-in potluck
    • You can either cook for someone, for yourself, or just show up and you will be getting points regardless
    • There will be a link in the Discord for a signup sheet
    • Vehicles
      • Casey and Ryan will be willing to assist on Fridays, with Ryan also being free on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday nights
    • We will be trying to coordinate kitchen times accordingly, so please indicate how much time you’ll need for your cooking on the sheet
    • Suites have to be tidied up for serving food and the like, so please clean off your tables in advance
    • Assume that we’ll be doing it indoors unless the weather allows otherwise
  • Tech Seminar December 4th
    • This will be a review for CS171 and CS172
    • We are looking for those who are willing to pitch in and help with the review
  • CIFX Talks
    • Josh will be giving one on USB stuff
    • Reach out to others if they want to do them
  • Don’t Freeze Together
    • December 3rd
    • Those who have contacts in the SIHs should let us know so that we can reach out
  • Last Game Night
    • That will be Saturday, December 4th
  • Election Nominations
    • Terms will run from the start of the Spring Semester until the end of 2022
    • Nominations are open until the elections in three weeks
    • President – facilitating meetings, making sure that the rest of the board is doing their jobs, communicating with Reslife and other SIHs

    • Logistics Director – in charge of all the logistical aspects of CIF, like sending out the Wednesday emails for the events of the week, reserving spaces for events, event planning in general, reaching out to other organizations for co-sponsorships and the like, setting up interviews for perspective new members, orchestrating the housing meeting (and everything housing related)
