  • Emersyn’s room change will not be listed as semesterly room changes due to the fact that she has already moved
  • Jack needs to get permission from everyone living in his new suite, plus talk to ResLife, and then he will be able to move–Casey has found the form that he needs to fill out

  • Paterne has not gotten back about moving, but he is welcome to move if he would like–Jack will talk to him
  • Sarah likely will not be living on CIF, but will hopefully be back on campus

  • No computers have been thrown, no printers have been punched
  • Elana is not sure if she will be able to permanently fix the printer

  • Elana is planning to clean the lab over Thanksgiving break

Election/Nominations

• Positions up for nominations include Co-Presidents (one person can nominate themselves although 2 are encouraged), Logistics, Junior Tech Director, and Secretary-Treasurer
• Elections will be happening on the 13th (the next floor meeting)
• Even if you are not running, it’s important to attend
• Nominees will have to pass an easy constitution quiz (probably open book) if they are elected
• New officers will have the support of previous board members with many years of experience (called Shadowboard)
• If you want to nominate yourself, please reach out to Board and notify Sarah if possible so you can be added to the list of candidates
• Currently, there are no nominees for Presidents
