- Sufian (RA) wants to organize a Minecraft night for on-floor people (Anderson 3) and possibly for broader Jackson Court
- Wants to know if CIF server could be used
- We are fine with this, but would have to put in some increased security if it gets bigger than Anderson 3 (Jason)
- Jason will be the main point of contact for this–he will email Sufian and get it set up
- Casey has gotten in touch with first year housing area coordinators so we can advertise better to first years! Thanks Casey!
- Nick DeVries from MIF would like to do a DnD campaign with four CIF members and four MIF members
- Collaborative effort between two DMs (Nick would be one of them)
- Two campaigns that would come together at the end to battle a common enemy (potentially WCSA as a joke)
- Should offer it to floor
- Jason has thought about how to do a sustainable campaign with ResLife groups–large setting where everyone plays in–drop-in playing groups
- Could talk to Nick about this
- Bring it up at the next floor meeting
- Maybe an SIH one-shot night where Jason and Nick write a setting and people DM within that setting

- Our current advertising methods arenât the most effective, so maybe they will be able to help by emailing freshmen directly

- Main things that need backing up are the website and the Nauticock bot information
- Also our auto deployment (Ansible) is not yet setup, so that should be done (quick task)
